If, then...

Logic models articulate our basic beliefs about why we do what we do.  They explain to our Boards, funders and stakeholders why we need certain resources to reach certain outcomes.  As visual tools, they can be one of the most powerful ways to engage people in our work and to lead us toward effective program evaluation.  So why don't we use them?

Please join Mission + Strategy for our webinar 'What the Heck is a Logic Model?' this Monday, August 3rd, 2015 at 12p CDT where Shannon Sullivan, Director of Strategic Planning & Michigan Consulting Services will demystify logic models and introduce you to both what they are and how you and your team can create one.  Shannon will use the W.K. Kellogg Foundations' Logic Model Development Guide as an easily understandable and accessible tool for reference during the webinar and for your work after the webinar.

The W.K. Kellogg Foundation supports children, families and communities as they strengthen and create conditions that propel vulnerable children to achieve success as individuals and as contributors to the larger community and society and is based in Battle Creek, Michigan.  The Kellogg Foundation partners with grantees and collaborations to develop and use logic models to plan, implement and evaluate program work and M+S is proud to use their easily-accessible guidebook as a resource.
