The Importance of Quiet

Increasingly, science is finding that quiet is important for our mental health, our creative selves, and even our cardiovascular health. But the more we discover about the importance of quiet, it seems, the harder it becomes to find. Join SooJi Min, senior consultant for Mission Plus Strategy, as she teaches about mindful leadership and ways to find that quiet at our monthly workshops, which you can register for here. SooJi completed a 16-month long mindfulness meditation teacher training program sponsored by the Institute for Jewish Spirituality and the Awakened Heart Project that focused on the intersection of Judaism, mindfulness, and social justice and believes that nonprofit leaders from across the sector can benefit from her training.
