Marc Rolfes brings a strategy and business operations perspective to our restructuring engagements. His approach focuses on identifying the strategic advantages of restructuring and how best to take embed the advantages as part of the outcome.
Marc also works in our strategic planning portfolio, where he combines skills and perspectives acquired from corporate positions and consulting engagements for twenty years in the for-profit environment along with over ten years in the non-profit world. In the past five years Marc has consulted in the areas of non-profit strategic planning, Board governance, early-stage start-up strategy review, financial modeling, expansion strategy, and business processes. His support has included clients who are member organizations, direct social service providers, grant-making organizations as well as those whose efforts are focused on advocacy.
Marc has extensive experience as a facilitator and trainer in non-profit, corporate and academic settings. His expertise also includes business process re-engineering for a nation-wide consulting practice that provides a basis for his approach to practical implementation and measurement strategies.
